About the Event
A small team citizen science excursion to survey the flora and fauna of an imminent logging coupe in the forests around Derby.
Over four hours we will survey transects for invertebrate life, significant habitat trees, record the flora diversity and any tracks, scats and traces of animals. To make the most of your citizen science experience upload the iNaturalist App to your smartphone, and get ready to add your observations to the Atlas of Living Australia database.
RSVP for more information and to secure your spot.
