About the Event

10 am depart from Blue Derby trail head to Mutual Valley forests.

Survey will take place over 2 hours (approx) involving transect surveys and head count of Tasmanian tree ferns and other floristic communities in CC161B. This information will build our tastreefern.com next steps and biodiversity knowledge of this Gondwanic remnant connectivity forest in the Mutual Valley.

Bring sturdy shoes, warm clothes, camera and snacks/food you will need. This trip involves driving on unsealed logging roads, cars with a bit of clearance are recommended though 2WD is fine.
