About the Event
Blue Derby Wild have taken the government loggign agency Sustainable Timber Tasmania and the Forest Practices Authority to the Supreme Court of Tasmania for the unlawful logging of Krushka's forests around the town of Derby Tasmania. This is the thin edge of the wedge, our Supreme Court case exposes the systemic problems with unalwful logging across Tasmania that goes back many years - possibly decades - that has allowed the destruction of our Gondwana native forests and countless threatened species habitats.
Join us on Wednesday April 27 after our next scheduled day in court for an update on the case, and how you can help as we prepare for trial on Monday May 9.
Blue Derby Wild is a volunteer run community organisation so any support you give goes direct to the case, and the campaign to protect our forests and take action on climate change.
RSVP so you can be sent the link to join the online legal campaign update.
